do88 Charge Pipe BMW M2 / M3 / M4 G80 G82 G87 (S58)

The BMW G8X platform (M2/M3/M4) equipped with the S58 twin-turbo engine uses a factory plastic Y-shaped charge pipe to route boost from both turbos to the throttle body. Under increased boost pressure, especially on Stage 1 / Stage 2 tuned vehicles, this plastic pipe is a known weak point — prone to cracking, boost leaks, limp mode, or even debris entering the intake system.

The do88 Charge Pipe System eliminates this risk and ensures maximum performance and reliability.

This upgrade replaces the OEM pipe with a cast aluminum high-flow Y-pipe, engineered for increased durability and improved airflow. With ~15% less restriction compared to OEM, the do88 pipe allows the turbos to operate more efficiently, improving throttle response and boost stability at higher pressures.

To ensure perfect fitment and seal integrity, CNC-machined adapters are used at both turbo outlets and the throttle body. The design also incorporates two 1/8” NPT ports for methanol injection or dedicated boost sensors (plugs included if unused).

• do88: 960 CFM @ 150 mbar (2.17 psi)
